The Price of Brochure Printing
The Price of Brochure Printing
With the rising demand for companies that make promotional materials, it is not a surprise that brochure design companies are everywhere. The competition is usually intense, particularly in the online market, where anyone with some amount of money can advertise printing services.
The price of printing a brochure is similar to almost all companies. That's because they track each other's offerings and try to trump them by coming up with a more attractive rate or package. Of course, if you have more specific needs, prices will surely vary.
However, if you look at the sites that offer brochure printing services on the Internet, you will notice that most of them have common pricing schemes and even have similar packages. For the sake of discussion, we arrange them into three general categories.
The startup package
These packages usually cater to basic customers. Here belongs the cheapest ways to getting a brochure that still looks professionally made. The brochure has 3-fold design concept and usually fits in a standard sized envelope, because they are commonly the ones businesses mail to preferred clients.
Making these brochures normally take about a week to complete. If you're not satisfied with the outcome, you can always ask for a refund or a redraw. This package is priced at $500 to $700, on the average.
The gold package
These brochures are generally meant for businesses that have more to say on their promotional materials, may they be through pictures, artwork or text. These types of brochures go from 3 to 8 pages long and are normally used in presentations.
Under this package, companies will ask you to choose from about six design concepts, with the promise of unlimited revisions. You have the power to have them redone until you are satisfied. Their price, however, can go from $700 to $800.
The platinum package
This brochure printing package is used by companies who have more than just one product to market. The brochure is usually the size of a short bond paper and uses up a number of pages, like a catalog. Again, revisions are unlimited and you will only be sent the final products once you are satisfied with the work done. You are also given a huge number of images and designs to choose from. But, like the previous package, it comes at a price – usually around $800 to $1000.
The price of the brochure printing job you require varies with the amount of work you need done. So if you're working on a budget, stick to the basics, especially if you're just starting out. But if you have the extra cash, a full-on brochure wouldn't hurt.
